Rafik Hariri, former prime minister assassinated in february 2005, was a rich and powerful lebanese political man.
With his foundation, he financed the renovation of his hometown, Sidon, in the south of the country, and built schools and hospitals for the population.
But the opposition is still strong in Tripoli, hometown of the new prime minister, Najib Mikati.
